Shelf Life: Up to 24 months when stored under recommended conditions. Powder is best used within 12 months, as colour and nutrient content degrade faster in ground material.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry environment below 25°C, protected from humidity and light. Light degrades moringa’s green colour quickly, and colour is much of what the buyer is paying for.

Q1. Who are we? We are a third-generation family business established in 2007, with family roots in the herb trade going back to 1960. We process our products in two facilities: manual processing for delicate products and mechanized sorting and processing.

Q2. Why does colour matter so much in moringa? Colour is the fastest indicator of how the leaf was dried. Bright to dark green means shade drying that preserved the nutrient profile; khaki or brown usually means heat damage, and it cannot be recovered. It is also what your customer sees in a capsule or a blend, so it carries commercial value in its own right.

Q3. Should I buy whole leaf or moringa powder? Whole leaf if you mill in-house — it holds colour and nutrient content longer than ground material. Bulk moringa powder if you do not have milling capacity or need a specific consistent mesh. We mill close to dispatch rather than holding ground stock.

Q4. What formats do you supply? Dried whole leaves (hand selected) with a stem content of max. 10%, crushed moringa for tea bag applications with a roughly equal proportion of leaves and stems, and fine mesh powder containing both leaf and stem material. Grading is tailored to the requirements of encapsulation, protein extraction, and tea bagging.

Q5. Can you provide microbiological analysis? No. Only Moringa can be supplied with pesticide residue limits of 0.01–0.05 mg/kg, in line with applicable EU requirements. Pesticide residue analysis is available according to the destination country’s requirements.

Q6. Do you supply moringa seed or moringa oil? We do not work with oils. We specialize exclusively in herbs, including moringa products such as dried leaves and moringa seeds.

Q7. What is the MOQ, and how can I verify my order? One 20′ FCL, 4.50 MT for dried moringa leaves and higher for powder. You can verify your order through a factory visit, video verification, or third-party inspection by SGS or any internationally recognised body at your expense.
